Part-Time Bookkeeper

Family run business needs an individual on site who is comfortable dealing with financial data to be our bookkeeper. You will handle A/R, A/P, the input of sales, preparing financial statements for accountants, and ensure compliance with federal, state and local legal requirements. Manage flexible working hours that vary by season (summer 10-15 hrs/wk & winter 25-30 hrs/wk). Pay scale to commensurate with experience.

Bookkeeping Qualifications

• Proficient in Quickbooks 2019 - 2022 and Microsoft Office applications
• Independent contractor preferred
• Previous bookkeeping experience
• Understanding accounting principles
• Attention to details
• Confidentiality
